Sarah Gillet Couto

Sarah is an Executive Coach who specializes in helping leaders and their teams succeed through corporate changes, so they thrive though the ups and downs, and emerge re-energized, re-engaged, and performing in alignment with their values and the corporate goals. Leveraging her exceptional communication in four languages, her leadership skills, along with her extensive professional experience and her passion for people, Sarah launched her coaching business in 2012 offering her services in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Sarah has worked with team and executives of financial institutions such as Bank of America, Banco Bradesco SA, Barclays Bank, Charles Schwab, HSBC, Banco do Brasil Americas as well as Fortune 500 Companies such as Estee Lauder, and Cisco. Sarah is currently the acting  president of ICF (International Coaching Federation) South Florida Charter Chapter, and she also serves as the Executive Coach in the Board of the Women’s Leadership Committee at FIBA (Florida International Banking Association) for their women-mentoring program, and as a Director for the non-profit Asociación Emergencia Ayacucho.

Sarah lives in Miami with her husband and their three children. She maintains a healthy life playing tennis, dancing Zumba and practicing Aquafitness!
