Yolanda is an Organizational Development Consultant, Team and Executive Coach. She has over 20 years of Organization Development international experience working in multi-cultural environments and impacting effectiveness and profitability of corporate, nonprofit, federal and local government organizations. She is a results-oriented Consultant. effective Trainer and trusted Coach with proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of organizations.

Identifying and modelling the behaviors leaders want to see in their organizations is at the core of Yolanda’s approach. She supports executive leadership teams in aligning their strategic direction and co-creating a culture of collaboration. She develops and delivers training courses on a variety of topics relevant to leadership effectiveness. Her experiential and customized approach ensures transfer of learning and development of best practices.

Organizational transformation begins with the personal transformation of leaders, Yolanda coaches senior executives and managers on becoming more effective in leading themselves, their teams and organizations to produce sustainable outcomes. She does not only encourage self-discovery and elicit client-generated solutions and strategies, but also equips clients with tools and resources to guide their development journey.

Co-author of The World Book of Values and published in the Journal of Organizational Change Management, Yolanda holds a Masters in Organization Development from American University in Washington DC, and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with First Class Honors from the University of Waikato in New Zealand.  She is a Gestalt-trained and ICF credentialed Executive Coach. She is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and capable of working at ease in both languages.
