Creativity in Coaching
March 18th, 2021, from 1:00pm - 2:30pm

When we work creatively with our coaching clients we liberate more of their awareness, so that they can focus more fully and deeply on the changes they want to make and on understanding their current situation. In this session Jenny and Sarah, with 37 years of coaching experience between them, will explain why creativity with clients works and show you how to use a range of simple techniques to support the growth of your clients and their enjoyment of your coaching. We’ll look at mapping, movement, diagramming and imagery…and maybe some more creative approaches which we don’t yet know.  Artistic skills a disadvantage!

At the end of the event participants will have:

  • Identified the benefits of non-verbal techniques in creating partnership in coaching
  • Practiced diagramming or mapping in coaching to develop client awareness
  • Understood how creativity supports presence in coaching
  • Identified the place of creativity in broader effective communication
