Start by exploring which points from ICF's Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and PCC Markers speak to diversity. Then consider the five steps you can take to Do Good and support diversity and equity within your coaching work. Discuss Case Studies in Breakout Groups for more ideas!

About the Speaker: Cathy Liska, MCC

As the Guide from the Side®, she coaches, trains, mediates conflicts, and facilitates internationally. Cathy is a sought—after trainer and coach, drawing from her 30 years of experience in business ownership and management.
