ICF published a Statement of Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Justice and is actively moving forward - and each of us can also make a difference! Start by exploring which points from ICF's Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and PCC Markers speak to diversity. Then consider the five steps you can take to Do Good and support diversity and equity within your coaching work. Discuss Case Studies in Breakout Groups for more ideas!
