Participants will have the added opportunity to enroll in four 90-minute classes to learn more about and practice coaching in English in a safe, supportive space.  The approach will be dynamic and interactive with: live modeling; analysis of coaching videos; pair and small group practice, feedback and correction; discussion, and educational games. 

 

A minimum mid-intermediate level of English is required.

Featured Speaker: Fran Smith, PCC
Fran Smith is British and holds a master's degree in teaching English as a second language. She has over two decades experience supporting people to use English effectively in professional contexts.  PCC-credentialed, Fran has been a leadership coach and trainer since 2013. She coaches on international platforms and projects in both English and Portuguese and is currently learning Spanish.
