Coaching a Team Towards Achieving Synergy with Julius Ordoñez, MCC

Team coaching is a complicated process. There are varied aspects about a team that team coaches must consciously look into in order to effectively coach them towards becoming truly synergized and high performing.

Among these many aspects, this session will focus specifically on the internal dynamics of a team – how the team members relate and communicate with each other. Participants will learn the typical behaviors of team members in their journey towards achieving synergy and where they normally get stuck. Approaches and skills team coaches can use to help a team get unstuck, move forward and accelerate their development will be explored.
