As an experienced attorney and former division Vice President of a global company, Marla is a certified executive coach, advisor and professional speaker who takes attorneys to new levels of success. She co-founded 20/20 Leadership Group, a legal talent development company, that she co-led for 7 years. She currently serves as a Professional Development Manager at a top global law firm where she supports lawyers in their professional development.
Marla doesn’t just talk the talk, but she has walked the walk. Throughout her career, she has successfully transitioned into leadership and been in the business of relationship building. Marla began her career as a litigator after graduating from Boston University School of Law. She gained extensive experience in civil litigation representing major corporations in different industries.
After many years, she left her successful litigation career and transitioned into executive management as a division Vice President of a global technology provider for the legal profession. One of Marla’s chief responsibilities was to oversee client retention through strategic relationship management. After serving as a corporate executive for several years and gaining business experience that she never acquired in law school or private practice, Marla identified her true passion and transitioned out of senior management to help attorneys maximize their success. She is certified through the Center for Executive Coaching.
As an industry professional, Marla has been featured in the American Bar Association, National Association for Law Placement, and Miami Herald and has been a professional speaker for law firms, professional associations, universities, and large corporations such as Airbus.
