She brings global experience in healthcare, higher education, logistics, transportation, government, hospitality, Technology and consulting. She is known for her work with Harvard ManageMentor to design customized leadership development programs.
Her passion for leadership development has positioned her training programs at the Top 10 by Training Magazine, the Association for Talent Development and American Healthcare Association. She has provided sensitivity and empathy training for leaders and teams with proven outcomes. She partners with leaders to problem solve, get to the root cause, and identify solutions that are practical, measurable and sustainable.
Loubna is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mind Market. She holds a doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis on change implementation and sustainability. She is known for her extensive work with Harvard Business Mentor to design customized leadership development and succession training programs. She is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC), certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and holds over 10 certifications in leadership development.
Loubna lives in Miami FL with her husband and two girls. She has a dream of supporting 100+ orphans from Africa through college and career transitions.
