Biography
Andrea Nicole McGibbon lives to provide solutions that influence life transformations and 360 wellbeing through self-leadership. She describes herself as a purposeful and empathetic influencer who is passionate about serving and motivating others towards growth, purpose and abundant living. She is the mother of a remarkable 18-year-old daughter and the CEO/ Wellbeing & Transformative Coach of DISIDENTIFY.
She has over 19 years of corporate leadership experience where she has deepened her love for people, honed her ability to guide diverse teams and assisted in fostering enduring solutions to challenges. Andrea believes in a purpose beyond herself, and stands on her signature strengths of authenticity, leadership, social intelligence, self-regulation and discretion, to thrive and serve others.
In addition to a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State of Georgia, MSc Accounting and BSc Accounting with Economics from the University of the West Indies, her credentials include Certified Personal & Executive Coach, Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, and Harvard Law Schools’ programme on Negotiation and Leadership. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and uses the avenue of Coaching and Personal Development to create meaningful impact and promote advancement.
Andrea resides in Kinston, Jamaica.
