Biography
Hermie Neri is an Executive Coach and HR Consultant and the founder of Potential for Growth – Coaching and HR Solutions. Potential for Growth is dedicated to helping individuals, leaders and businesses, maximize potential and performance and succeed through Coaching, Leadership and Professional Development workshops and HR Consulting.
Hermie has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience with four leading companies in logistics, financial services and manufacturing. During her Corporate career and in her recent experience as SVP and Global Head of HR for a division of DHL and Americas Head of HR for Panalpina, Hermie has contributed extensively to the business by providing HR strategy and solutions, building best in class leadership capability, strong performance and people practices. Hermie has trained, coached and mentored several individuals and leaders within and outside these organizations and across the US, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.
Hermie is a Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation and blends her executive experience with her certifications to help leaders and individuals maximize performance and success through confidential, customized 1:1 Coaching.
As an HR Consultant, she partners with companies to help accelerate business and people performance through HR solutions in the areas of HR Strategy and Talent Management, on a project basis or as an interim HR leader.
Hermie also designs and facilitates Leadership and Professional development group workshops to enhance performance and impact.
