Biography
Ela is a transformational coach who helps her clients achieve their goals and create their life according to their priorities with appropriate mindset, action taking and support.
Her goal is to help her clients realize their potential and for them to progress in their leadership development. As a coach, she provides a confidential and safe place to help leaders navigate through change, personal struggles, and complex business challenges and at the same time remember about their own priorities, passions and dreams.
With more than 15 years of experience across broad range of financial and corporate finance functions working in senior positions with high level executives, Ela understands strategy, operations, and functional roles. Over that time, Ela worked with business owners and executives to plan, prepare and report financial statements. She was involved in multiple equity offering transactions of over $200 million and was responsible for properly accounting and reporting financial statements to the Securities and Exchange Commission. She worked closely with executives and legal teams on multiple transactions and creating strategic decisions. She was also involved in many other areas of business including working with auditors, payroll, insurance, legal, investor relations, supply and marketing departments.
Her coaching powerfully combines her business acumen, expertise, empathy and clarity. Her goal is to help her clients excel at home and at work. Her clients receive the value of her expertise, global perspective, and a deep understanding of change management for personal and career success.
On a personal note, through living in multiple countries and working with individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds, Ela possesses strong understanding of cultural trends, industry trends and diverse communities that supports dialogue and understanding. She is a global citizen and serves clients on a global scale from her home in South Florida. She is fluent in English and Polish.
