I have a professional background spanning 30 years that has dedicated itself to organizational development, talent transformation and culture change. My career began with eight years as a clinical psychologist, followed by a period in the Oil & Gas industry in both Bolivia and England, where I strengthened my skills in people management, leadership and initiatives for cultural and organizational change. Over the last two decades, I have led my HR consultancy firm as its CEO and Founder, reinforcing my dedication to achieving organizational excellence. Under my leadership, we have designed and executed innovative strategies for our clients to foster organizational cultures, marked by positivity and alignment with strategic goals. This holistic approach ensures that both efficiency and cultural vitality are integral to the organizational transformation, providing sustainable growth and success.
