NYU Certified Executive and Life coach with over a decade of corporate experience. In addition to my experience in corporate management, I am also a certified breath and stretch coach, and lead sound bath meditations. I strive to help my clients reduce stress and overwhelm in their lives in order to make the best decisions from a place of peace, calm, and clarity, rather than chaos and confusion.
