Dr. Shelly Cameron is founder and managing Principal of CCA. Dr. Shelly has 20+ years in Global HR strategic Leadership coaching C-Suite and inter-generational professionals. She has Strong record of accomplishment in diverse industries. She is a published Author, Accredited master coach with Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Masters Health Administration, Masters HR Management and BSc Management. Dr. Shelly served 4 terms as VP & Board Member of the Hospitality & HR Association of Broward County (HHRABC) Florida. She also serves on the Program board of The Institute of Caribbean Studies, Washington DC.
Shelly is skilled at Leadership and Change Management. She is a Proven C-Suite advisor with a strong record of accomplishments in Matrixed team environment at the strategic, tactical, and functional levels.
