About the Speaker: Katerina Kanelidou, MCC
Katerina Kanelidou is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), director of Six Steps Ahead, co-founder of Team Coaching Global Alliance and of CoachActivism, and faculty member at the ICA. Based in Greece, she works with leaders and their teams from around the world supporting them to create healthy and high value workplaces, and positive sustainable change even in the most adverse environment.
Katerina was one of the Subject Matter Experts that contributed to the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, currently serving as the co-leader of the ICF's “Team and Group Coaching" Community of Practice, and is often a guest speaker at international conferences on coaching and leadership.
She is a graduate of the University of Athens, the University of Barcelona, and the International Coach Academy, and holds a Master's in Dramatherapy.
