About this event

Dare to Lead™

Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, research professor and author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers. This virtual presentation focuses on the four skill sets of courage identified through Brené’s research. These skill sets are 100% teachable, making daring leadership possible for all seeking to be brave and cultivate courageous cultures.

How will we get to the human side of leadership and creating cultures of belonging during these challenging times and beyond? The answer is: leading with courage. To create real belonging, we do not need to change who we are, but be who we are.

In this session we will discuss what it means to be a brave leader and how to live into authentic, daring leadership every day. The session will provide participants with an opportunity to lean into the concepts of Brené Brown's Dare To Lead work and explore our call to vulnerability, our call to courage, and our call to daring personal and professional leadership in a safe space with a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.  We will discuss ways to explore courage and limiting beliefs with clients, identifying what may be holding them back from desired futures.
