About this event

Developing an MCC Mindset

Have you ever wondered about the differences between an ACC coach, a PCC coach, and an MCC coach? Do you know where you’re already performing at a Masterful level and wonder where you could do even more? If so, join us for this interactive taste of the ICF’s “Minimum Skills Requirements for MCC Credential” with MCC Joanna Davis.

What does it mean to perform as a masterful coach? You might be surprised to learn that you already perform as a masterful coach some of the time. As coaches, we all find ourselves at one point or another doubting if we are "doing it right." And that's ok. Because each of us comes with our own methods of preparation, awareness, and engagement. Learn what makes a masterful coach by exploring the Core Competencies, PCC Markers, and the Minimum Skill Requirements for MCC credential.
