Melinda Lee is a Presentation Skills Expert and Founder of Speak In Flow, LLC, a leadership development consultancy guiding entrepreneurs and corporate teams to higher potential, specifically around public speaking and high-stakes communication.
She holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and is Certified in Negotiations as well as Conflict Resolution. For over a decade, Melinda has researched and studied the state of “flow” and uses it as a proven technique to help business owners amplify their voices, access flow, and present their mission in a more powerful way to achieve next-level results. Known for her expert advice and innovative approach, Melinda has worked with executives and teams from Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Army Corps of Engineers, Deloitte, and more. When not working, she loves playing with her daughter’s bearded dragon named “MuShu,” LOVES dancing, and tries to sing, though not very good at it, AND still sings anyways.
