As part of her yoga practice and goals of expanding her sense of connection and self-awareness, Shakti has had a strong focus on practicing meditation and continuing her learnings of this practice. In guided meditations, Shakti’s intentions are to create space for each individual to pause, be present, explore their being, connect and achieve what is most valuable for them in that moment through self-awareness.
Shakti’s professional experience has encompassed 18+ years in various levels of leadership roles in investment banking and finance. Shakti has also consulted and instructed in established programs, developing sensory-cognitive processes that underlie reading and comprehension. The great learnings throughout these experiences, lead Shakti to the path she is on now.
