Teams in Trouble
Chocolate Alert! Please bring a bar of chocolate to this session. You'll thank us later.
This is a review of a case study on Team Coaching where I, as a Team Coach, was engaged to work with a Global Concern by a Preferred Provider. The Preferred Provider was expert in Mindfulness. They were engaged by the Global Concern to help build “The Mind of The Leader” in their Leadership Programs. The same company were admittedly not skilled coaches or indeed Team Coaches. They appreciated the need to outsource a request for Team Coaching Support. The result was a team-of-teams configuration with two consultants from the preferred provider filtering my messages to the end user, the Client.
The case sets out the context, the people involved and unravels the dynamics and issues that played into a less than stellar provision of Team Coaching. This session will be interactive with two breakout sessions designed to mine the learning and offer suggestions for difference.
