Fiorella’s coaching and facilitation practice encompasses a wide range of programs and initiatives focused on individual development, team building, wellbeing, organizational design, and mentorship that have enhanced the performance of individuals, executives, teams, and organizations around the world. Throughout the years, Fiorella has attained several advanced certifications which have provided a solid foundation for becoming an ally in the transformation of others, starting with herself.
