MasterClass: The Art of Master Coaching with Cathy Mott, MCC
Cathy Mott, MCC, will review the meaning of the eight ICF core competencies. She will then present a demo in which she uses all eight core competencies in a single coaching session. Participants will be asked to track the usages of the eight core competencies, be prepared to identify them, and then discuss the impact of using all eight core competencies together. There will also be a discussion on how to build the capability to incorporate all eight competencies and evelop MCC level coaching skills.
