About the Speaker: Frederick C. Sanders Jr, MCC
Dr. Frederick C. Sanders Jr., affectionately known as Freddy, hails from Baton Rouge, LA. Freddy is a life-long learner with a passion for creativity, coaching, and human empowerment. With an 18-year background in graphic design, he embarked on a new path in 2018, eventually becoming a master-certified life and executive coach specializing in ontology, mindfulness, and ecology.
Having completed his master's and doctorate in professional coaching and human development in 2022, Freddy now stands proudly among the top 2% of elite coaches worldwide holding the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the ICF.
Freddy's coaching career has seen him serve as an emotional wellness coach with Lyra Health, specializing in cognitive behavioral coaching (CBC), and with Ideal Coaching Global as a senior staff coach, ICF mentor coach, and trainer for student coaches.
