About this event

DAISI™ The Root of DEIBJ with Dr. Frederick Sanders, MCC
Through the lens of DAISI™, we will unveil each element, unraveling its significance and interconnect within the fabric of organizations as well as humanity. We explore embracing principles that lie deeper at the core of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and justice.

As a preview, the “D” of DAISI™ stands for DIGNITY. We cannot have a complete conversation about diversity until we include a discussion of dignity. This talk will define what dignity is and distinguish how it is at the heart of diversity.

This discussion will also tackle ways to tie DAISI™ principles to the coaching and human development profession. Through thought-provoking insights, practical examples, and engaging discussions, our talk aims to inspire individuals and organizations to embrace the DAISI™ principles as a means to drive genuine, deep-rooted, and long-lasting change.

By incorporating these principles into DEI efforts, perhaps we can evolve the movement beyond performative gestures and embark on a profound journey toward authentic inclusion, amplifying the positive impact on individuals, organizations, and the whole of society.

Join us for this enlightening talk, as we explore the transformative power of DAISI™ and strive to foster an inclusive world where diversity is celebrated, equity is realized, and every individual thrives.
