Elias Scultori is a leadership and executive coach with a primary focus on empowering leaders to incorporate the coach approach into their leadership style. The coaching mindset can be transformative for teams, organizations, and communities at large. By listening, asking questions, and honoring each individual, we can optimize engagement, purpose, innovation, productivity, and growth.
To support this process, I have invested in my personal and professional development and have achieved the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I hold the position of Assistant Director of Coaching Education and serve as a faculty member at Coach U, one of the most influential coaching training schools in the industry. I am also an official certification assessor for the ICF and a registered mentor coach, supporting coaches in refining their coaching skills, building and maintaining their coaching practices, and preparing for ICF certification.
Among the tools I am licensed to use in my practice are the Coaching Clinic®, the Personal Communication Style Inventory (PCSI)®, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®.
A significant focus of my work is identifying, developing, and celebrating the potential and resourcefulness of each person, embracing their ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, personality type, and professional standing. I am particularly mindful of creating a space and structure that enable my clients to refine their voices and establish a solid place at the table.
Outside of my coaching practice, I am a musician with a master's degree in Music from the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. I am also a photographer, a meditator in the Vipassana tradition, and an opera lover. I am passionate about traveling, exploring ethnic food, and embracing diversity. Originally from Brazil, I have been living in the USA since 1992. After residing in the NY metro area for over 30 years, I now call sunny St. Petersburg, FL, my home.
