This training will focus on all 8 competencies, based on an innovative way of training by replacing the word ‘client’ with ‘myself’ as a coach. In the updated version of the ICF Core Competencies, the word client is used 70 times. When a coach can use this terminology to reflect on themselves as a human being and fostering the core competencies in their life, and not just the coaching session, the miracle of coaching will appear.
In this way, coaches can use self-reflective practice on each competency and establish the coaching mindset in all aspect of their life.
Foundation will go with flow, coaching mindset would be lived, evoking awareness and active listening will be fostered and learning and growth would acknowledge the context of coach’s life.
In this creative way, coaching mastery is being realized as I, as a coach partner with myself, as a being, and then partnering with client, would be seen so simple.
