Carissa Gay, MCC is a sought-after coach, trainer, and coach educator, known for simplifying the path to coaching mastery. She is theFounder and CEO of Courageous Leaders, a talent development firm focused on helping leaders change their conversations and increase organizational capacity.

As a Master Certified Coach, Carissa has invested over 4,500 hours coaching leaders across corporate, government, and academic spheres.
