The Secret Interference in Your Coaching Meetings
This interactive program will explore hidden factors that interfere with the coach being completely present and accepting of the client. The presentation is 60 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of practice in breakout rooms (2 per room) to enable the participants to put into practice what they learned. There is a worksheet to send to participants to fill out beforehand if possible, that will help them grasp the importance of the work.

About the Speaker: Kathy Harman, MCC
Kathy Harman, MCC, CRC is a techie-turned-coach who has coached teams and individuals to extraordinary success. Kathy blended her coaching knowledge with her 30+ years of experience in IT and IT management to develop the PRISM Team Coaching Approach, which she has trained globally. She is the author of PRISM Teams: Coaching Prolific, Radically Innovative Self-Managed Teams, and The ABCs of Living Well. As the Director of Education for the ICF-accredited Radiance Partners, LLC, she instills in her students the same spirit and passion for coaching that she enjoys, preparing them to thrive in their new profession. Kathy both mentors coaches and trains coaches to become mentors.
Kathy has presented to ICF chapters around the world on clarifying the Core Competencies, Coaching through Spirit, and Masterful Coaching. She presented a workshop on using images in coaching for the ICF DC Coaches Conference and has published articles in Coaching World and Choice magazine. To support the profession, Kathy has served as President of ICF Virginia and President of ACTO.
