Roy will demonstrate coaching in the “InterActional” style that is particularly suited to leaders facing complexity, uncertainty and change.
This coaching approach, developed by Kirsten Dierolf MCC, is founded on the “Solution Focused” approach. This approach is incredibly badly named (see Roy’s talk “Why Solution Focus doesn’t mean focusing on solutions!”). It’s a highly respectful approach, that helps clients clarify what they really want, and helps them find their own ways forward even in seemingly impossible situations.
