Biography

TERESA ESTREMADOYRO, MASTER CERTIFIED COACH (PCC), graduated and has the certification as Executive Coach at THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF COACHING, certified as Ontological Coach at NEWFIELD NETWORK, certified as Coach for Adolescence and University Students with ADHD at JST Coaching and Training School, certified as Non-Verbal Coach at WALKING YOUR TALK, certified as Mentor and Supervisor at Global Consulting, and Certified Trainer for the Points of You tools. Having lived in Costa Rica, Peru, USA and Canada has allowed Teresa to know many cultures, learn from them and teach them, that is why she currently works with clients from different countries either by phone, online or in person.

She currently lives in Miami, works as Cross Cultural Coach, Mentor Coach and Supervisor Coach; assisting individuals experiencing processes of cultural change, either in a change of country, work, profession, marital status, change in professional responsibilities, change of studies, etc., accompanying each client individually.

Also attends and teaches skills in executive functions such as time management, organization, stress management among others, as well as Non Verbal communication. One of the missions of Teresa is to make their clients prepare integrally so that they can perform successfully in the new phase change or they are presented with the minimum of stress, enjoying the new learning.

She mentors and teaches courses, facilitates workshops with didactic and dynamism in different countries of Latin America to coaches, teachers, mentor, counselors and therapists who wish to broaden their knowledge in order to assist their clients with more sustainable and lasting results.
