About the Speaker: Dr. Frederick C. Sanders, MCC
Biography
Dr. Frederick C. Sanders (a.k.a. Freddy) is an award-winning international leadership coach, speaker, and author. His coaching career spans several years of service as a professional coach for numerous organizations, including Lyra Health, BetterUp, CoachHub, and The Vision Investment.

In 2022, Freddy completed his M.A. and Ph.D. in professional coaching and human development from the International University of Professional Studies. His studies included focus areas of ontology, mindfulness, ecology, and cognitive behavioral coaching.

In 2023, Dr. Sanders proudly joined the 2% of elite coaches worldwide holding the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He was later awarded 2023 Gold Winner for Best Executive Coach.

Dr. Sanders will soon be releasing his first book entitled The Successful Coach Blueprint for Introverts. It is the first of a 3-book series supporting introverted coaches in harnessing their innate strengths to cultivate thriving careers and businesses in coaching.

Also known as The Freedom Architect™ in his private coaching practice, Freddy's mission centers on partnering with high-impact men of color to design their grandest visions of total, uninterrupted freedom.
