Biography
Patrizia Saolini is Italian and holds a master’s degree in Life & Business Coaching. Since 2006 she has been the owner of the Retail Coach – Staff Solutions EU brand, created to improve expertise and customer-service standards in luxury stores worldwide. Furthermore, she is a journalist and author of four books. In the Us she has published the book titled “Retail Coaching: Excel in sales with sport strategies”, dedicated to training the human potentials of sales teams. She lives between Milan (IT) and Miami (FL).
