The presentation addresses the 3 most important things that every coach or leader wants to achieve, in any of the 4 processes: coaching process, coaching business, leadership process and life: the most wanted 3Ps that lead to excellence and fulfilment: Performance, Partnerships and Prosperity.

Alina will share with the participants her inside-out view (Be.Love.Believe) on the meaning of each of the 3Ps and their 'natural' flow in one's activity and life.

She will also reveal her personal perspective on what are and how the 3 steps - 3 coaching principles (ACT): Authenticity, Compassion and Trust - can support the achievement of the most wanted 3Ps.

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how they can practically use the learnings from the
presentation in own personal and professional life: which of the 3Ps they want to grow more, in the
following period, and, as a consequence, in the development of which of the 3 coaching principles they would need to ACT now.

About the Speaker: Alina Ionescu, MCC
Alina is double master coach, MCC (ICF) and AMC (IAPC&M), Summa cum Laude graduate of the Canadian-Romanian MBA program – Marketing & Strategy (EHEC Montreal Quebec, University of Ottawa Ontario and ASE Bucharest) and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She is Executive & Leadership Coach, Mentor and Supervisor and founder & owner of Coaching 2 Change.

With 20 years of leadership experience in organizations such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Muller dairy and S&T, and with over 9 years of experience in delivering professional coaching services to leaders in organizations, Alina accompanies leaders, who are keen to make a positive difference at their workplace, in their journey to cultivate effective ways of thinking, behaving and acting that allow them to have everything: get the best performance, build healthy relationships and experience well-being and fulfillment in their lives.

Being herself a courageous, goal oriented and thriving leader in the companies she worked for, responsible for negotiation of purchasing budgets exceeding Euro 100 Mil., she inspired individuals and teams to passionately dare for more and make a significant difference at their work place.

Alina strongly believes in the power of professional coaching to transform lives and build a thriving society and, therefore, she has been involved in various volunteer coaching projects dedicated to supporting both education in Romania and young entrepreneurs in Europe, through and with courageous and innovative organizations such as AVE Romania, Teach for Romania, Junior Achievement Europe and Volunteers for Ideas and Projects Romania.

Also, as Director of Partnerships (2-years mandate, 2021-2022) and as current IGNITE projects Leader of the ICF Romanian Chapter, she passionately promotes the coaching profession in the Romanian coaching & business communities and beyond.
