In this conference, Maria Elena Espinal will explore how certain cultural aspects, sometimes seen as "shadows" in the Hispanic community, such as shame, can influence our daily decisions and our ability to take risks.

From a coaching perspective, we will delve into how these behavior patterns can limit the development of the entrepreneurial spirit, the willingness to study, and the pursuit of self-awareness.
