Sustainable Change for the Client begins with the Agreement

Before entering into the overall coaching agreement, it is important for the client to identify their goals and what they want to accomplish by engaging in the coaching process.

When the coach explores with the client the meaning and motivation behind the goals the foundation begins for sustainable change. When the client goes beneath the surface to understand their why then the transformational change can occur.

This process does not end with the initial conversation or overall agreement but continues at the start of each individual coaching session.
