In this workshop participants will learn about and explore ways in which Personal Growth of the coach and their Professional Mastery can build on each other, for the continuous development of both client and coach. 

Participants will identify practical strategies to Embody a Coaching Mindset, Cultivate Trust and Safety, and Maintain Presence, while discovering how to leverage these skills in a coaching conversation for their clients’ highest benefit.

Alina is double Master Certified Coach - MCC (ICF) and AMC (IAPC&M), Senior Practitioner Coach & Mentor - EIA (EMCC), Accredited Supervisor – ESIA (EMCC), Mentor in the ICF register, and founder & owner of Coaching 2 Change company. She has a background in electrical engineering, a master's degree in business administration (MBA), and knowledge in clinical psychology & diagnosis as well as developmental psychology. 

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in top multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Muller Dairy, and S&T, and 10 years of entrepreneurship experience - providing professional coaching services to leaders in international organizations, Alina aims to make the world a better place through every coaching conversation that she has.
