About the Speaker: Sheila R. Carmichael, MCC

As an Executive Coach at EY's Learning & Development Coaching Practice, I specialize in providing individual and team coaching, alongside thought leadership in executive career transitions and organizational effectiveness. Over my three decades of experience as a corporate educator and executive coach, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of professionals and teams. Together, we have enhanced their executive presence and influence and developed sustainable leadership strategies, leading to tangible improvements in their professional and personal lives.

My extensive background with various Fortune 500 companies across industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, and retail has significantly influenced my coaching and consulting approach. This diverse experience has shaped my brand to encourage leaders to rethink their leadership capabilities. I offer innovative perspectives and actionable strategies that are not just theoretical, but practical and effective.

My commitment to coaching and mentoring fuels my professional journey. Outside of my professional focus, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and exploring fine wines and spa experiences.
