Join January’s MasterClass by Master Coaches for a demonstration of Masterful Coaching, guided by the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) core competencies. This immersive experience is designed to unveil the art and science behind masterful coaching, elevating your coaching practice to new heights.
During this dynamic session, Joanna Davis, MCC, will be demonstrating the Coach For Life Fulfillment Coaching Model by coaching a volunteer while the group observes through the lens of ICF Competencies. We’ll then unpack the session together, exploring how the competencies emerged in real-time.

This training is related to all core competencies. Participants observe live coaching by a Master Coach, noting how they see each competence in action. We then discuss the coaching in the light of the competence framework, noting examples and gaps.
About the Speaker: Joanna Davis, MCC
Joanna Davis, MCC, is the Lineage Holder for Coach For Life Education, as well as founder of Compassion in Coaching and the Upstream Conservancy. She has accrued over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, including 15+ years coaching founders and top executives as an external coach and 7+ years as internal coach to Fortune 500 VP-level and below. Her facilitation experience includes 7+ years as Senior Faculty for a Level 2 ICF credentialed school and 10+ years as Preferred Mentor Coach for ReciproCoach.
She has a small private practice specializing in coaching top executives who don’t know why they need a coach. She is a disruptor, catalyst, collaborator, and champion of self-compassion, and current VP of Programming for ICF South Florida. Her passions include the neuroscience of human behavior, creating food forests, and trying to keep up with her Basenjis.
