Join us with Robin Ferguson, MCC in MasterClass by Master Coaches for a powerful demonstration of Masterful Coaching, guided by the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) core competencies. This immersive experience is crafted to reveal the art and science behind masterful coaching, helping you elevate your practice to new heights.
During this dynamic session, Robin Ferguson, MCC, will coach a volunteer while the group observes through the lens of ICF Competencies. Together, we’ll unpack the session, exploring how the competencies emerged in real-time.
Earn 1.5 Core Competency CCEU
This training is related to all core competencies. Participants observe live coaching by a Master Coach, noting how they see each competence in action. We then discuss the coaching in the light of the competence framework, noting examples and gaps.
About the Speaker: Robin Ferguson, MCC
Robin Ferguson brings a wealth of expertise in the leadership and organizational development fields and is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, representing 15 years and over 2500 hours of leadership, self-development, and executive coaching experience. In addition, she has held executive level leadership roles, helped found a leadership institute and coaching program for a regional health care system, and served as faculty in the area of leadership and organizational development psychology for a major university.
Along with her expertise in leadership, Robin is an ICF mentor coach and also specializes in personal development coaching - supporting people in personal, spiritual, and career transitions. Robin's diverse background in healthcare, education, and ministry, combined with her coaching expertise across various industries, enables her to tailor her approach to meet each client's unique needs.
Additionally, Robin is certified in Clifton Strengths, Enneagram, Human Centered Design, Situational Leadership, and is rooted in positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness, providing an approach that combines both intellect and heart.
