Xavier Garcia-Weibel, MCC, is an executive coach with a proven track record in entrepreneurship and has occupied various managerial roles at large corporations in the IT and telecommunications fields in the USA, France, and Switzerland. Past positions include Business Innovation Manager, IT Strategy Lead, and Strategy Manager & CEO of a Silicon Valley-based startup. He has led change and strategic projects across corporate divisions and has first-hand experience dealing with corporate politics and stakeholders. A passionate workshop facilitator, Xavier specializes in experiential workshops on developing Leadership and Innovation in organizations. He has designed and rolled out leadership programs for middle managers and those with high potential at various organizations.
Xavier is a Certified Professional Co-active® Coach (CPCC), Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), and Certified Mentor Coach. He has completed 2700+ hours of coaching of executives and leaders. He is a certified Leadership Circle Practitioner and completed the Evocative Leadership Mastery training. Xavier holds a MSc. in Software Architecture & Network Management (Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse). Xavier is Guest Faculty at Ecole des Ponts Business School & EADA for MBA and Executive MBA curricula (Paris, Barcelona, Casablanca, and Beijing), HSG Business School in St Gallen, and at Haute Ecole du Valais in Quality & Strategy Management (Lausanne).
Xavier is fluent in English and French and has a strong command of German, Spanish, and Italian. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his dogs, practicing mindfulness, and enjoys heroic fantasy.
Xavier shares his time between Brittany, France, Switzerland, and San Diego, CA. Xavier co-authored the book Spiritual Leadership in Practice, published by EMS Editions in June 2021, on integrating spiritual practices in the workplace.
