As a Registered Mentor Coach, he has a 100% success rate in guiding mentees to earn their ICF credentials on their first application. An ICF Assessor with over 500 assessments completed, he also serves as a Trainer of ICF Assessors.
His extensive background in sales, marketing, and legal consulting within multinational organizations provides him with deep insight into leadership challenges. He has designed leadership development programs for top organizations, including the United Nations, Sutter, NTT, and Maersk, driving transformation and growth.
A Credentialed Team Performance Workshop facilitator and Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Giuseppe is dedicated to helping teams and leaders achieve sustained success.
Recognized globally as a coaching expert, he contributed to updating the ICF Coaching Core Competencies and Professional-level (PCC) Coaching Competency Markers. He has also produced and appeared in ICF educational videos on the new competencies. Giuseppe holds two Master’s degrees in Law and Marketing.
