About the Speaker: Katherina Capra, MCC



Katherina Capra is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), economist with an MSc, and expert in Positive Psychology and Organizational Happiness. With over 30 years of global experience, she specializes in leadership development, organizational growth, and executive advisory. She currently serves as Director of Wellbeing for the ICFSFL Chapter.

Katherina began her career in think tanks and advanced to CEO and international consultant roles, leading initiatives across the Americas and Europe. She has coached and advised C-level leaders from Fortune 100 companies in sectors such as health, business services, technology, manufacturing, finance, and telecommunications.

Known for her strategic agility and deep cross-cultural insight, she enables sustainable impact and operational excellence. Katherina also served as a Global Managing Entrepreneur Ambassador, representing initiatives in 144 countries.
