This immersive experience is crafted to reveal the art and science behind masterful coaching, helping you elevate your practice to new heights.

During this dynamic session, Zsofia Juhasz, MCC, will coach a volunteer while the group observes through the lens of ICF Competencies. Together, we’ll unpack the session, exploring how the competencies emerged in real-time. 

Learning Objective: 

  • The training is coach-specific in nature,
  • The training is related to the Core Competencies,
  • The training will help the coach to further develop their skills when working with clients.

About the Speaker: Zsofia Juhasz, MCC
Zsofia Juhasz MCC has over 18 years of leadership experience and 20+ years as a coach.

Zsofia brings a proven track record of empowering leaders in global corporations to thrive. With 7,600+ coaching hours, she supported individuals at all levels, from business leaders to CxOs, in achieving impactful leadership outcomes. Passionate about growth, Zsofia provides executive coaching, mentor coaching, and supervision while co-creating and facilitating the ICF-accredited Level 3 program, Becoming a Masterful Coach.

A former HR leader at AstraZeneca and Disney, she served as President of ICF Australasia (Queensland) and contributed globally to the ICF Professional Coaches organization. Zsofia lived in 5 countries over 3 continents and coaches in English and Hungarian.
