Creating Value by Leading Teams: Systemic Team Coaching

In an era of constant disruption and complexity, organizations need more than high-performing teams — they need interconnected, high-value creating teams who can navigate uncertainty and connect with their wider eco-system.

This session will explore how leaders can leverage Systemic Team Coaching to align purpose, break down silos, enhance stakeholder engagement, and build future-fit, regenerative teams. We will share practical strategies to move beyond individual leadership development and create dynamic networks of teams that drive innovation, resilience, and sustainable impact across the organization.

About the Speakers:
Katya Talavera (PCC/ITCA)
Katya Talavera

Katya is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and EMCC-accredited Team Coach (ITCA) with over 30 years of experience in leadership, HR, and organizational transformation. She began her career as a clinical psychologist, later spending a decade in corporate HR within the Oil & Gas sector in Bolivia and the UK. For the past 21 years, she has led her own international consulting firm. Katya is a Certified Breakthrough Coach, a Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching by GTCI, and serves on the faculty of GTCI’s practitioner program.
Her work blends systemic thinking, coaching psychology, and strategic insight to help leaders and teams unlock their potential and lead with purpose. She enjoys nature walks, learning new things, spending time with family and friends, and is a devoted pet lover.

Dawn Bentley (PCC/ACTC)

Dawn has been coaching for over 22 years, after a 20+ year career in the Corporate sector. In that time, she has worked with leaders at all levels in the commercial and not for profit sectors across Europe. Her time is currently spent working with senior leaders, teams and coaching supervision.

She describes herself as an explorer by nature, bringing a curiosity and adventurous quality that lends a light, fun side to the relationships she has with her clients, balancing and complimenting her professionalism.

Her aim and commitment when working with teams and individuals is to enhance their performance and recognize their true capability; working in partnership with a focus on how we can discover the best approach to get results that are designed to create lasting and sustainable change. She loves shining the spotlight on individual and team potential to help them see the unseen. It’s a journey of discovery, navigating new areas of awareness, and a great adventure to break through new frontiers!

Outside of her work she loves to travel, go to the theatre and keep fit.

Matteo Martinuzzi (EIA/ITCA)

Matteo is a certified Senior Practitioner Coach and Team Coach with EMCC. He is also a trainer, facilitator, and advisor with over 10 years of international experience.
He specializes in leadership and teamwork, supporting leaders, groups, and teams in startups, small and medium businesses, and multinational companies.
He is part of the faculty at STC, led by Professor Peter Hawkins and Dr. Catherine Carr, and is Head of Coaching Practice at Pack as well as founder of Summus Performing. His purpose is to create work environments and teams that combine performance, productivity, and well-being.
His approach is practical and evidence-based, and he brings deep empathy to his work, partly thanks to his past experience working alongside people with autism.
He feels lucky to have turned an initial interest into a job and then into a true passion.
This journey led him to launch the Leadership Lab project, where he promotes leadership education by offering pro bono support to local non-profits and running workshops for university-age students.
In his personal life, he is married to a wonderful wife who supports (and puts up with) him, has a 4-and-a-half-year-old daughter whom he considers his greatest teacher, and loves good food and spending time in nature.
