Dr. Russell Fitzpatrick, ACC is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and founder of haveLAB, where he helps leaders develop in partnership with AI. His forthcoming book, Upgrade: Five Leadership Accelerators for AI-Powered Success (June 2025), introduces Synergistic Leadership, a new paradigm that integrates neuroscience, perception, and Human-AI Synergy to meet the demands of the AI era. With a background in learning and development, Dr. Fitzpatrick sees coaching as an integral tool for helping leaders adapt, expand, and lead with clarity in times of rapid change.
