This interview offers a heartwarming look into Karina Hovaghimian’s personal and professional transformation, sparked by a coaching journey she began in 2022 with Marisa Di Biasio Díaz, an executive and career coach.

After relocating from Argentina to the U.S. with her family, Karina initially focused on helping her teenage children adapt to a new culture, language, and environment. Once the family had settled, she began to reflect on her own next chapter.

The move had given her a blank canvas—a unique opportunity to rediscover herself and define her true purpose. At that crossroads, Karina considered becoming a coach herself. Before taking that leap, a visiting friend offered her an unexpected gift: six coaching sessions with Marisa. Those sessions not only gave her a firsthand experience of the coaching process but also helped her explore new dreams, goals, and possibilities.

It was the beginning of an extraordinary journey—one that redefined her direction and unlocked a future filled with unimaginable achievements.

Marisa Di Biasio Díaz is an Executive and Career Coach with a postgraduate degree in Organisational Coaching. She has a positive energy which she transmits with passion. Her own journey of change, growth and evolution has made her feel inspired to help others to experience and benefit from this powerful process of reinvention and propose.

She has been recognized as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Buenos Aires in 2022 and 2024 by Influence Digest+. She is a dedicated volunteer career coach and member of the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter. As a mentor and change catalyst for women's empowerment, she is part of Inspired Women Lead's global and multicultural leadership programme in Switzerland. She also is speaker at Poligiros Academy, where she helps train Career & Workplace Wellness Coaches. Marisa is a really enthusiastic Synchronicity fan and she helps people to feel more connected to their potential and find their true purpose.


Karina Hovaghimian was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and now she's made Weston, Florida her home!
She has always been in multicultural environments, speaking fluently in five languages: French, Portuguese, Armenian, English and of course Spanish.

She has a degree in International Relations; however, life led her to the exciting world of translations. Since childhood, threads, knots and textures have been her allies in resilience. A decade ago, she discovered her creative refuge in crochet, finding a space where time disappears among vibrant yarns, colors and projects full of life.

Today, she shares her passion with a community of 63K followers, inspiring others with tutorials, creative challenges and the knowledge that it's never too late to start something new.
Her marvelous Kute Dolls, full of movement and personality, have become emblematic of her artistic journey.
