Coaching through Art: An Emotional Landscaping Journey
Healing Through Art: An Emotional Landscaping Journey
This transformative webinar is crafted to assist participants in exploring and expressing their emotions through the power of art therapy. It offers a unique blend of an enlightening presentation on the nature of emotions and a hands-on creative session, promoting self-awareness and personal development.
In the first segment, Claudia Flores we will explore emotions—their roots, their influence on our thoughts and actions, and the significance of emotional regulation. Through captivating storytelling, participants will gain a richer understanding of their emotional landscape and learn effective strategies for navigating it more smoothly.
After the presentation, we will shift into an engaging art therapy session. Led by Roxana Orellana, a skilled facilitator, during which participants will utilize colors, shapes, and textures to visually convey their emotions. This non-verbal form of expression facilitates deeper emotional processing, self-exploration, and a sense of release. No previous artistic experience is necessary—this session prioritizes expression over perfection.
Have your art supplies ready to embark on this creative journey:
