TRANSFORM
Intro Calls That Sell: Techniques for Coaches to Turn Free Sessions into Paid Clients

In this presentation, we’ll explore how to conduct introductory coaching sessions that don’t feel like a sales pitch, but instead naturally lead clients to recognize the value of coaching and take the next step on their own. Participants will learn how to structure these conversations in a way that builds trust, creates meaningful engagement, and positions their coaching as a powerful tool for transformation—without ever needing to “sell” their services.

We’ll cover key techniques for:

  • Establishing instant rapport to create a sense of trust and ease from the very first minutes.
  • Asking powerful questions that uncover your client’s true desires, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Effectively demonstrating the value of coaching by helping clients experience insights and shifts within the session itself.
  • Guiding the conversation in a way that leads to natural enrollment, without pressure or persuasion.

This presentation is designed for coaches who want to turn free sessions into powerful, high-value experiences where potential clients come to their own realization that coaching is exactly what they need. Instead of “selling,” coaches will learn how to show—through the right structure, questions, and engagement—how coaching can transform their lives.

By the end of this session, coaches will have a clear framework to ensure their introductory calls are impactful, memorable, and naturally lead to committed clients who are excited to work with you.
