Coaching From Strengths To Live What Works
This session introduces a strengths-based coaching perspective through the real-life experience of supporting a client who overcame moral harassment. Using Positive Psychology principles and the GROW coaching model, I will illustrate how a functional focus and structured guidance helped the client regain clarity, activate internal resources, and successfully pursue a judicial case. I intend for participants to experience a shift in mindset to “living from what works” and how this shift supports both emotional recovery and strategic action.

Themes:

  • Moving from deficit to function in therapeutic coaching
  • Using the GROW model to support decision-making under pressure
  • The mindset of “living from what works” as a practical framework

Attendee Takeaways:

Participants will leave with a clear and practical understanding of how Positive Psychology tools and coaching principles can be effectively integrated into real client work, as demonstrated throughout the workshop.
