Marcia Teixeira is an accomplished executive coach and change management/leadership development consultant with over 30 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations through strategic transformation and professional growth. Her work spans multiple sectors—including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and education—where she has consistently helped leaders build capacity, lead change, and drive performance.
During her 20-year tenure at Microsoft, Marcia led cross-functional, multicultural teams across Latin America and the U.S., deepening her marketing, sales, and partner management expertise. She integrates this corporate experience with evidence-based coaching to bridge business strategy with leadership development.
Marcia holds a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saybrook University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1,800 hours of coaching experience.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Marcia brings a global perspective to her practice. As Past President of the ICF South Florida Chapter, she continues contributing to the profession by fostering learning communities and mentoring emerging coaches and leaders.
