ICFSFL WE Power Coaching Program: February Webinar
Stop Starting Over: The 3 steps to make a lasting change
This session is designed for people who are tired of feeling stuck, tired of circling the same goals, and tired of starting over every few months. “Stop Starting Over” breaks down the real mechanics behind lasting change - why motivation fades, why clarity comes and goes, and why so many smart, capable people struggle to follow through even when they know exactly what they want.
Using a simple three-part framework (Decide, Structure, Environment), participants will learn how change actually works in real life- not in theory. We’ll explore how to make decisions without overthinking, how to build small structures that outlast motivation, and how to shape an environment that makes progress inevitable instead of fragile.
This session will help attendees understand where their progress typically falls apart and what they can do differently starting today. They will leave with a clear roadmap for making meaningful change feel doable, sustainable, and aligned with who they want to become—not who they’ve been pressured to be.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the “right” things but still not moving forward, this session will give you the missing pieces.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the mechanics of lasting change using the Decide–Structure–Environment model and identify the stage where they
personally get stuck.
- Build simple, sustainable structures that reduce reliance on motivation and make progress more consistent.
- Identify environmental factors and support systems that strengthen follow-through and make desired change easier to maintain.
Please note: This webinar does not provide Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs).
